Reiki Recharge | Soundbath

OVERVIEW:
With all the shifts this year in 2019 energetically, we are all changing from the inside out and outside in, or as per the yogic principle, from gross to subtle, and subtle to gross.

We invite you to a special soundbath, infused with Reiki, universal healing energy. Aiste from Vita de Lux will play gongs, singing bowls and other earth instruments as Tina, Modern day priestess, will give individual Reiki healing to every participant. All that is required of you is to show up :)

We begin the evening with energy raising exercises, after which you well melt onto your mat and marinate in sound vibrations and when it’s your time, you will recieve healing flowing energy, uniquely perfectly just for you.

PHILOSOPHY & TECHNIQUE:
We combine meditation, breathing exercises, energetic cleaning and recharging techniques to create this possibility of supercharged recharging. The traditions and discipline we borrow from involve Reiki, Qigong, Yoga and Psychology. You can use these techniques in your everyday to recharge and reset.

YOUR GUIDES:
AISTE VESKUNE is an open-minded Psychologist and Reiki Master (teacher), and she put a lot of time into searching on how to harmonize, energetically recharge and clean oneself from the negative energy in quite an easy way.

TINA ISRANI is a Reiki Master, Gong Master and Social entrepreneur. As a Modern day priestess, she infuses her eastern lineage and western upbringing into her Reiki practice. Her hope is to lead people to momentary sublimation, where energy work is most effective, in that quantum subtle field.

Aside from providing 1:1 treatments for sound & energy healing, Tina seeks to converge business and the spiritual, east and the west, so there is no separation. Through years of struggling with depression she has put together some tools that have been most effective in releasing and healing unwitnessed trauma. . This especially is the case with her work with @RitualSounds.
