Constant running, tiredness, increased irritability and anxiety, lack of attention and concentration and illness are signs that you need to change something in your life.

Changes have never been easy so we suggest you start softly and easily with huge our support. Every Monday we are working together and we will provide you with all the material and recommendations you need to continue your process the rest of the week.

Monday morning at the Vita de Lux studio
07:30 – 08:00 Meditation
17:15 – 18:45 Yoga with full awareness
19:15 – 20:45 Get rid of the stress sound bath (every 2nd Monday)

On other days – guided meditations to maintain awareness and continuity.

It is recommended to attend classes for at least a month to establish a habit of meditation, to be conscious, to learn how to breathe correctly and to notice changes in yourself and in your environment.

Aiste Venskune – is Lithuanian psychologist, Gong master, and coach who delivers workshops and lectures in emotion, stress and conflict management. She leads Reiki and sound healing events and teaches meditation techniques and breathing exercises.

Marcello Real – has practiced and taught yoga and meditation for 17+ years. This has been immensely beneficial for his own physical and mental health, as well as for counseling practice – Marcello is a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT).

Tanja Hartington – through the past years, Tanja has worked, studied and trained in coaching, mental training and mindfulness (including guided meditations, some with mild mental training, and breathing exercises) for both private and business people. She has specialized in preventing stress, as well as helping stressed people back to everyday life after being attended by their doctor or other professionals.
