Sound bath in workplace?
A sound bath is a form of sound therapy. You are “diving” into the sound waves and it feels like the sounds are washing over your body. During the session employees lay down on yoga mats with their eyes closed and sound therapist is playing with different healing instruments that help calm the mind and relax the body. It is a wonderful tool to relieve stress, reduce pain, and calm the mind.
